The website alivemastermind.com is operated by “Alephia” EOOD, company registration number (EIK) 205280451, with a registered office at 49 Kalimantsi Street, Sofia, Bulgaria, managed by Veneta Zhelyazkova Dimitrova. For the purposes of these Terms, “Alephia” EOOD is referred to as the Provider.

Any individual who visits the website alivemastermind.com — whether or not they access or use its content, or follow links within the site — shall hereinafter be referred to as the User.

IMPORTANT! By using the Provider’s website (alivemastermind.com) you accept without limitation and unconditionally these General Terms and Conditions.

The Provider is not responsible for any damages from the use of materials and information published on the site. For the convenience of users, alivemastermind.com has published links to external Web sites. The General Terms and Conditions do not apply to those sites to which alivemastermind.com may refer by link or otherwise. Therefore, we advise you, when using other websites, to familiarize yourself with their general terms and conditions. The Provider is not responsible for their content, the accuracy of the information and their correct functioning.

The Provider clarifies that alivemastermind.com is intended solely for publishing information and materials about a healthy lifestyle, and not for consultations related to problems of a personal nature.

The Provider is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or functionality of any third-party websites linked from alivemastermind.com.
The Provider may, at its sole discretion, remove any material submitted by Users.

The Provider will assist the User in any problem related to the use of the alivemastermind.com site, for which the User needs to contact the Provider at his e-mail: info@alivemastermind.com.

Other terms.
The Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any content on the website or to amend these General Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the current version of the Terms each time they access the site.
If any clause of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
All matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by Bulgarian law.

YOU declare that you are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and clicking/pressing on any electronic link (link) from the title home page, except for the one with these General Terms and Conditions of the site, constitutes an electronic declaration of will that:

General conditions for using the paid material on the alivemastermind.com website.

Information about the service.
The Provider offers various paid materials and/or services on the alivemastermind.com site, announcing their price in a prominent place. Additional information can be found on the website alivemastermind.com.
The Provider can provide as a bonus /free of charge/, in addition to the announced paid material and other materials related to maintaining a good physical condition at its discretion.

The services offered by the Provider are in the form of videos and texts published on the website alivemastermind.com, as well as texts provided by email to the User.

The User is provided with information about the content of each electronic service offered on the alivemastermind.com website and its price.
The User orders access to the paid materials on the alivemastermind.com site by paying the announced price by bank transfer, epay.bg, easypay, Paypal, debit or credit card.

The Provider may offer, for a monthly fee from the User, a subscription for a certain number of paid text messages. Payment of their announced price guarantees the User limited access (for convenience, under one month, a thirty-day time period is considered) to the specified number of new text and video files. The User is not obligated and may continue to pay the monthly subscription price for a subsequent period only at his own discretion.

Note the platform settings! In the case of a subscription service, with the first payment the User agrees to automatically renew the subscription by withdrawing the corresponding amounts from the Paypal balance/card every 30 days until the subscription is terminated by the User.
A new text and video file means text or video material that has not yet been published on the site.

Payment of the paid materials on the website.
The prices of paid materials published on the alivemastermind.com website are in BGN or their equivalent in Euro and are final /no additional taxes and fees are charged by the Provider. The Provider reserves the right to change all prices of goods and services offered on the alivemastermind.com site at its discretion, at any time without the obligation to notify the User in advance.
The User pays the price of the goods or services specified at the time of purchase, regardless of a subsequent change in its value.
Payment of the price is made by debit or credit card of the User through a system for electronic payments on the Internet – www.braintreepayments.com, which guarantee and are responsible for the security of the transactions made through them payments.
The Provider does not have access to your bank card details.
When the payment of the price of paid materials is made from a User’s account other than the euro, his bank carries out currency conversion according to the exchange rates announced by it on the day of the purchase.

The electronic payment system does not charge any tax/fee to the User.

Registration for paid materials on the website.
1. When paying via debit/credit card:
The User gets access to the paid materials on the alivemastermind.com site immediately after registration. For greater security, the Provider sets a maximum period for providing access to paid materials on the site – 72 hours from registration. Payment is reported 10 calendar days after registration.
2. When paying by bank transfer:
The User gets access to the paid materials on the website alivemastermind.com immediately after receiving information about a valid payment (certification of the Provider’s bank account) for their announced price. The Provider sends information about access to the paid materials to the contact details provided by the User. For greater security, the Provider sets a maximum period for providing access to the paid materials on the site – 72 hours from the payment of the price.
After making the payment, the User accesses the content of the alivemastermind.com site by entering the username and password sent to him by the Provider by e-mail. Users undertake to provide correct and up-to-date information during registration. Otherwise, the Provider is not responsible for an undelivered and/or unfulfilled request to receive paid material, regardless of its correct payment.
The User has the right to terminate his registration on the alivemastermind.com site at any time, after which his User data and information about the paid materials provided to him will be deleted from the site.

Features of paid materials and services.
The Provider provides text and video files by e-mail or on the site, from where they can be downloaded and stored on the personal computer for his personal use only.
The User should have a PDF viewer installed, e.g. Adobe acrobat reader to be able to view some texts on a personal computer/electronic device.
The Provider informs that the text and video materials with health guidelines are not prepared by a doctor or a person with medical education.

Protection of personal data.
All personal data of the User, necessary to make a payment for paid materials on the alivemastermind.com site, are processed strictly confidentially and are provided only to persons related to the payment of the delivery in compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, it is considered that the User has agreed to the collection of his personal data ONLY in connection with the payment of paid materials on the alivemastermind.com website. For these purposes, personal debit/credit card data is collected, processed and stored directly by an Internet electronic payment system – www.PayPal.com and www.braintreepayments.com. The Provider does NOT collect, process and store the User’s personal data about his debit/credit cards.

Refund policy.
In the event of a technical or other issue not caused by the User that prevents access to Paid Materials after valid payment, the User must notify the Provider at info@alivemastermind.com.
If the issue cannot be resolved within 72 hours of payment, the Provider will refund the full amount within five (5) business days after that period.
Refunds are not provided in any other circumstances except as stated above.

General clauses that apply to persons who have the quality of a citizen under the law on the protection of citizens
The electronic tender and/or the Directive 97/7/EO of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 20, 1997 on the protection of the consumer in relation to contractual obligations.
